You're a very funny man Michael! Actually it pains me to say that the bottom mount on the hydraulic ram flexes by the smallest amount under strain. It's only small but it's amplified by the large moment of the saw. It's enough to cause a small amount of "bounce" at times (i.e. when teeth are missing). I'm (mentally) working on a remedy but it's not going to be an easy fix as it's inherent in the design of the box cabinet that it bolts to. It's not really too much of an issue, in fact it has not caused a problem (yet) but it's not rock solid which annoys me given how heavy and solid the rest of the machine is.
Problems of a first world country….
P.S. Ok I'll be honest. It's probably not going to get fixed as long as it's not an issue. I'll just bitch and moan about it every time!
SimonGirl, I don't wanna know about your mild-mannered alter ego or anything like that." I mean, you tell me you're, uh, super-mega-ultra-lightning babe? That's all right with me. I'm good. I'm good.
