Default Old stuff, found by accident

I was looking for Presto end mills, after a tip from AB, and up popped this site.

Articles from yesteryear. Love the miniature lathe, looks like an early Emco Unimat.

    Kenneth,

Limit your initial looking to something a bit smaller than the 1 5/8" cutter I've been wrestling with. I nearly soiled my outfit three times yesterday trying my luck with that thing. Start smallish and move up. Small cutters are cheap. Behemoths aren't. Besides, you need an ER40 chuck to hold it.

    Hi AB,

I thought I'd max out at 20mm dia. That matches the biggest ER32 collet I have, and is probably the limit of my Arboga.

Glad you can still order ten beers in one go.

    Have sent you an email.

    Ken
