Ray,
For carbide slot drills and end mills Richontools.com from Hong Kong have been recommended for price & quality.
I have yet to try them.

the good news..I received a full credit via Paypal
the bad news..it cost $85.00 to send them all back...so out of pocket by that amount
but my losses are still better than the 50% Tooling House.com first offered
He reneged on his offer of providing a prepaid shipping label
