You might try the Rego-Fix web site...they have DXF and PDF's of their products, so you could attempt to take dims from their outline drawings.

Alternatively, you could measure a nut...or search for specs around DIN 6499/ISO15488

There are also of course at least 3 different types of spanners for the ER collet nuts.

I use the single "tooth" one for my ER25 collets.

I just did a Google Image search on ER collet spanners and quite a bit of info, including dimensions, came up.

John thanks for the link, I'll pop over and see what they have.
Fred, I used "Wrench" when I first tried, "Spanner" got me some different info.

I'm waiting for a couple of collet chucks and some collets coming from China. It never occurred to me that I should get spanners as well since they don't supply them with the chuck and I didn't find out till it was too late. I though I might as well make some.
