    Default How to use thread wires ?

    I Bought a set of thread measuring wires on eBay but am not sure how to use them could anyone give me advice on how to use them ?

    You can measure a known good thread and then measure the thread you are cutting. There are also charts available for measurements over wires for different threads in different grades of fit. I think they are in Machinery's Handbook.
