Tinted Metal Wax?
Hi everyone.
I've got some projects here (lamps, blacksmith work, etc.) that I'd like to finish with a buffable wax.
As an extra I'm looking for one that is tinted (or can be).
Something like : Metal Wax - Sealers
Anyone know where I can source something similar in (West) Oz?

Mate that's a great find! Did not know they existed!
Have your tried looking up some recipes on the net? Powdered metals can be picked up from good art suppliers, pottery, and sometimes paint/ automotive paint shops.
I would be guessing it's just a car wax with a powdered suspension mixed in when it's warm. Look up the MSDS with the powdered metals though. You cannot be too careful. Nitrile gloves when applying it.
I was a bit shocked when I read up on some really nice wax I was using for a project. It had natural gum turpentine in it and the info was scary. I don't know if it's the same as the natural gum turpentine we have here in OZ though.
