Hi Bob,
That's cheating you've got a collet attachment to hold yours I had to make a holder by drilling a bit of 12 mm square bar and sawing a slit down its length.
Seriously though it looks very good. I've done all sorts of shapes with my router bits on both the lathe and the mill.Best Regards:

Hi Guys,
One of the issues with machining steel in particular with these router bits, is unless you have a way to adjust the tool bit hight, so that the tool is slightly below centre and you can rotate it so that the cutting edge has a slight rake, it will scrape material off the work rather than cut it. Zero rake is no problem for brasses and alloys.
Still its a cheap solution for the odd job.Best Regards:

Ok, I finally got around to working on the Tos 4 jaw. After some careful honing with a 600 grade diamond stone I managed to get it more accurate than it was when new.
