Ken mentioned decals in a Hercus vise discussion last night. Can you be more specific about the instant water tranfer decals? Takes me back to Airfix models as a kid and rego stickers when I'd grown up a bit.
Bob, I bought mine some time ago. Just Googled it and came up with some, but min order is 25 sheets. I wonder if hobby shops carry it? Are there still hobby shops?

Yep, you can get transfer sheets from a hobby shop by the sheet. I looked into it when I foolishly believed the Hercus lathe was nearing completion and I was getting stuff for the "final touches". Speaking of which, the sheets from a hobby store a a bit of a touch! I can't recall the precise cost but remember leaving a few stores sans transfer sheets after reeling back when they told me how much they were*.

    Pete

    * Mind you I am a complete tight wad, so probably means they were more than about a buck fifty!

I don't think it's there any more, I googled it as I'm going to Melbourne for the GP later this month and would like to have gone to some tooling shops whilst there but it seems they've decided to become web based only according to a post I saw this morning from February. Their web address doesn't work either which is not good.

Pity as it seemed like the sort of place I'd have liked to visit whilst the better half is out looking at the sights.....
