    Unhappy Triangular toolroom stones

I'm on a quest for carborundum sharpening stones, commonly known as "toolroom and die finishing stones". I use them for sharpening garden tools, grass shears etc. Absolutely no luck in Australia (through the net at least) and I've exhausted local hardware stores ad infinitum. There is a place in the States that has them but only in bulk and that's out of the question moneywise.

I've identified the item as a Norton product - #ACF-176 Oil Filled India Stone coarse grade.

Any leads from any of you people out there would be much appreciated.

If you want have a look at them, go to : Sticks & Stones Abrasive Stones

Might not be what you are looking for but try the Lansky sharpening kit from Ray's Camping
