    Default

    Hi Ken,
Are you wanting to take pics at constant designated points along the track or is it going to be variable. If it's a constant spacing, a mechanical arm, could depress the trigger, actuated by a pin/bolt on the side. If it is variable, a servo unit from a Remote Control toy could be used and actuated by the program. I've no idea how to make the electronics or computer side of it work, but you asked for ideas. Hope this is of some help.

    Default Camera triggering

    My problem is solved.

I'm using two Aperture Trigmaster units, one configured as transmitter, the other as receiver.

In the side of the transmitter unit is a socket called PC Sync. If a trs plug and cable is installed in this port, and two of the wires shorted out, the transmitter fires a pulse.

    No hacking required.
