    Default twin tub rotary table

    Hi

Been trawling through old issues of MEW magazine

A guy in the UK has made a neat rotary table , using the drive mechanism from his defunct twin tub washing machine . The twin tub drive consists of a worm and worm gear in a cast housing . He chopped off the unwanted section and machined the casting flat, then mounted the casting on a steel plate , he then machined up the table .. works a treat he writes . The cost ..almost NIL

I cannot post pics as the magazine has copywrite laws etc.

    Mike

There's a seven gig torrent of the publication in question (50 odd meg per issue), if you can't find it any other way....
