    Hi

    A local has a one of these for sale .. $800 - its 14"I think .

Looks to be OK but well used .... needs a cleanup and a paint job .

I think another forum member has one ?

    Ray has one Mike.
$800 seems a bit steep though, actually most of the shapers for sale right now seem to be a tad pricey.

That was on ebay a while ago I tried to persuade Piers to bite the bullet and have a dip. Be an ex T A F E? If I didnt have a ''harem'' of reciprocators here would have jumped on it. Know is a bit pricey but that m/c if ex college won't have had much use. On the other hand have been known to swipe the vice out of a few too.

Could be the same one, but I didn't see ex TAFE mentioned in the EBAY advert . I think Varnarmo is a town / city in Sweden ? Did that company make any other forms of machinery ? Mike

Here are some videos of the Varnamo EV3. 18" shaper

    Joe's Welding Table - YouTube

And the rebuild thread for some of the gritty stuff

I like the Varnamo, she is a nice machine to use.
