Hopefully I am not the only C-0 owner on this forum and just in case I'm not I'm wondering if anyone could confirm the dimensions of the pulleys supplied with the external and internal spindles?

I purchased the grinder from Alan 'C-47' a few years back and the pulleys fitted to the spindles are 38mm and 44.2 mm in diameter. Waldown's parts diagram for the C-0, drawn in 1982, shows a solid pulley whereas both of the pulleys I have are recessed. Their instruction manual indicates that the correct pulley diameter for the internal spindle is 28mm.

I will make a new 28mm diameter pulley for the internal spindle. It would be great to know if it is solid and how wide it is and also the edge diameter so I have a chance of creating the correct crowning. I imagine it would be 22.2mm wide to match the motor pulley which has the correct dimensions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bob.
