    Default What were they used for.

    Looking through e bay i came across a twin pedestal drill and as i have never came across a drill like this i thought whatever would it be used for, at first thought was a lot of drilling that required a pilot then the last hole .anyhow just for knowledge i'll never proberly use am i correct.the seller is ...roochic 42.

    If 2 is not enough then you could always go for one of the drills on page 2 of this catalogue from the 50s, 4 drill heads, each with a coolant flow......

    Here is the South Bend Lathe Companies version of the multi head drill press. They could be ordered with up to 8 heads and coolant...Bob
