    G'day Waldo,

I remember reading the dilemma's you had when your wife was pregnant the first time. That was when I had just joined the forum (under a different name) and before I knew you.

I felt bad for you then, and I can only imagine how you and your family feel about facing the whole thing over again.

Best regards to your missus. We'll be thinking of you.

    G'day Rudigar,

    Thanks for that.

The update on Kylie is that she's boooked in for 2:00 tomorrow to have a cervical suture done. It'll mean a general to get it done and then a general later on to have it taken out.

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but after a few days of hospital bed rest they may let her come home. I hope so because it's lonely without here and it's confusing my little girl who doesn't know why Mummy is here and what the hecks going on.

    G'day,

As an update Kylie had a cervical suture put in yesterdat at about 3:00, all went well except for coming out of the general and feeling "like crap; and "I just want to die". She got some slices of bread down but not much after I left last night she threw it all up.

Her specialist has said that she'll be having a scan on Monday morning at 11:10 and after that can come home. She'll have to have complete rest for a bit and then after a while can get back to a 1/2 normal life, our idea though is complete rest until the little person pops out - make use of MIL while she is here (she'll be here until after the event).

    So far so good.

That is very encouraging news Waldo, hope all goes well from here on in.

Just goes to show that not all MILs deserve the reputation they seem to have
