    G'day,

The latest is that Kylie finally had her scan done yesterday arvo and is now at home resting. She has to keep activity at a virtual 0 and now hopefully the next bit is that the little person decides to stay in for at least another 14 weeks, which would bring her up to 34 weeks.

    G'day Dj,

and don't ask me how but the conversation with her and her Mum is constant from sunrise to late at night, how they can talk so long I've got no idea.

Know what you mean, what we can say in less then 5 words has to be said in 20 words or more and has to have every tiny little detail.

    G'day Dj,

and Kylie has learnt to give me the very much shortened version of any story between her and her Mum, otherwise I switch off and she gets the poos.

She asks me what was said about a conversation and I give her the nuts and bolts, not the he said, she said and they said which gives her the poos. Can't win

    Thanks

Yeah Bleedin Thumb hopefully that's the plan, that's if the little person wants to play by the rules.

waldo if the little dude makes it to 30 weeks then youll prob have very few issues - lvl 3 premmie nurserys these days are awesome! I know - i've been there. if u need to talk/type to someone PM me... I can give you the benefit of my family's personal experience and hopefully waylay some of your fears...

I also knew of a 24 week premmie at our lvl 3 nursery and it had some start up issues but I understand he's doing fine now...

remember - i f u make it to 30 weeks you're prob sweet! of you make it to 34 then you'll ace things no sweat! One word of advice: do everything you can for your missus - dont let her lift a finger, the heaviest thing she should lift is peppermint tea!!! and no stress!! keep those bleating inlaws away!!!!!!!!!! crowds and maternal aunts smelling of lavendar are the worst thing she could have around her lol!

    chin up!

    G'day Zed,

Been there before with my little girl. Thanks for the offer.

Keep the in-laws away? She's here helping her daughter - too late. Kylie is probably trying to do a bit more right now than she should - already asked her that, so has my MIL. MIL should be able to tell her to put up, shut up and lie down - I could get my head bitten off if I tried.

Don't pass them by! Be daring and caring!

Dampen their misery....sit with them and talk a little.

Buy them something to eat and a tram fare to a local mission.
I'm so lucky that I've somewhere to live and have family support.

Waldo, great to hear that Kylie is home and being looked after very well by MIL.

There must be an upside to all that talking between Mum and daughter, they won't notice you working on your router table!
