First of all get an xbox 360 and plenty of games & a comfortable vibrating chair. Then make your own milkshakes with 5 times the flavouring, 4 scoops extra creamy ice cream, 3 tablespoons full cream milk powder, 3 cups full cream milk, 2 tbls milo (if it's chocolate flavoured), 2tbls of malted milk powder, 100ml cream, 150ml baileys then mix it all with an electric beater and have it once per day with 2 or 3 meat pies. This helps one sleep too.

Yes. You don't want stretch marks.

You could also try going for a swim. Counter intuitive I know but it always makes me really hungry and I have to have fish and chips for dinner.

"Bag of muscle" nope definitely "Bag of bones"
I've actually managed to loose some weight... down too 88kg and 14% body fat!
Cut down my food intake(I normally eat double size I need)and I super set all of my workouts(1/2~1 hr per day, 6 day routine)and during my cardio I keep my HR above 150bpm for 40min every day except sundays... because the gym is closed
To loose 4kg its taken me 2mths.
