    Default 10 Cigars

Like in a previous post, I needed to make 10 Cigars to go to a high end wood gallery.

Timber on the pens are (top to bottom) Huon, Huon, Tiger Myrtle, Burl Red Mallee, Burl Red Mallee, Burl Myrtle, Burl Eucalypt, Spaulted Myrtle, Fiddleback Blackwood and finally Beefwood.

20 Coats of thin CA, Micro Mesh all the way to 12,000. Then Brasso and automotive wax to finish off the barrels.

    What do you think?

Consistency is very well presented. I am tending to favour the darker timber.

These look very shiny. I've watched your videos but I'm still not sure how you do it.

Dave they all came out well. You did your part but the credit really needs to go to Mother Nature for creating such great works of art. I am sure these will be well received and there will be some satisfied customers. Thanks for showing.
