My New 2nd Hand Compressor
Managed to buy this supreme German Compressor from a mate who has changed fields of work from Installation and maintaining Dental Surgeries including all the Electrics and Electronics, this came from a one man Surgery.
This week I will finish a Pen made from a Dental handpiece mounted with other items on a Brown Mallee Burl cut slice. This an additional thankyou the Compressor runs at 5 Bar I need 2.5 Bar to run my SKF Presto handpiece at 320.000 rpm. The handpiece is 4 1/2 inches long and uses dental Burrs. Both the Compressor and handpiece are oil free, Compressor has a 1.1 hp twin electric motor with a twin compressor direct drive and heaps of air storage to give me continuity for engraving.
The Compressor cost out new at 5 Grand so would have been out of my league new it also has a dryer with coil attached as an extra bonus.
Kind regards Peter.Nil Desperandum

Automatic blow down or manual?
Like the big cooling coil.
Sweet rig either way, the only one of those I have seen was pretty quite compared to regular compressors.
By the way, it was you who sent me the Mallee burl..."That's why I love my computer,,,,,,,, my friends live in it."

Looks like a fine piece of equipment to add to your arsenal of workshop tools seems from the picture to be fairly compact as well 72.5 lbs per square inch should do most things you may need pressure for in a home w/shop. Enjoy your new aquisition cheers ~ John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!
