50 calibre Browning
I got a few of these kits from a member on IAP, had a battle with customs ( no comment )
I have done a few of these in the cross refills , but for something this big I wanted a Parker style refill, a bit of research pointed the way to using cigar kits, but I was not happy to discard all the bits just for a joiner and mechanism , My solution was to turn an adapter for the parker mechanism and use some 8mm tube glued into a piece of drilled dowell to activate ,all works rather well and no wasted bits hehe. Cheers ~ John
The hard part was getting enough epoxy glue into the bottom of the casing without any getting on the neck of the casing on the way through lol.G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!
