    Default First Acrylic Pens

    Two pens for today.

Big learning curve as they are the first Acrylic I have turned Some Boo Boo's but I have learnt by them and so should get better as I turn more

The blue one is called Blue / Black, Mount Blanc style and the lighter one Red Opalac Pen 1 kit Both from CWS

Practice time is over, I'll take one in Red and one in Black please.
This calls for a particularly subtle blend of psychology and extreme violence.

Nice job with the pens Sam, The blue one looks exactly the same to one I made for my wife, it was my first acrylic also.

    Nice pens Sam.
Just a suggestion re the photos. Take them from a bit further away as they are a bit blurry. This is usually because you are closer than the minimum focusing distance for you camera.

    Thanks Stirlo

Unsure as yet, found them a lot harder to cut and polish especially the opalic one it seemed to chip at the start had to modify what I was doing.

See how the next two go that my son has ordered
