I am having a crisis (lol)
I am in urgent need of some help reagarding CA aplication I have been using the blue Viva hand towels to apply my CA to my pens for the last couple of years (Finally found somthing I was happy with) and it worked great BUT last week I went to get another roll of the paper from Woolworths (Around $4.80 a roll) and it was out of stock but then after trying several woolies I have now been told that the new planogram for there stores did not include it. I have been trying everywhere to get some more but cannot even find the stuff today I sent an email to the manafacturer to find out if still maid or nor and I am awaiting a reply. Can someone tell me where it can be found or a good substite for this item otherwise I could have a breakdown
I have an order to do at at thi stage no way to do propper CA and advice would be welcome.
Cheers ian

I've been using that thin craft foam. works well and you can use it over and over. No need to move to a clean part with each application.

Try your local auto parts supply house, there is a heavy blue "shop towel" paper towel sold at most of them here, it is great for CA.
I use them to polish also, stands up to the metal polish I use, the Hutt Plastic polish, and the few times I have done a CA finish they were great."That's why I love my computer,,,,,,,, my friends live in it."

The best paper towel I have found for applying CA, in fact for any purpose, is the Samson one from Aldi. It is a 3ply and works like a charm for this application.

Hey Ian,
I just use the El Cheapo, from IGA, never had a problem, and you get 3 rolls for $3.50

Fear not - all is not lost
All of the companies below stock it - perhaps with the exception of the one you mentioned. K-C Viva and Kleenex Viva is the same company. You can even buy it through online shopping at the supermarkets

I was up at Coles this afternoon and they are stocked up with Viva paper towels - around $4-00 for a packet of 2. They are white in a blue/clear packet. I imagine they are the ones you are talking about.

Thanks Greg but unfortunately that is not the type of towel I have been refering to. The one I am after is a cross between the paper and also cloth towel it is indeed blue and is normally only sold in single rolls and sells for between $4.50 and $5.00 just for the single roll. It is the best product that I have found to put the CA on with without leaving any lines in the blank.
But thanks for the info and I have purchased a couple of the different paper towels and will give them a go. However if I can find the towel I am after I will be a happy Chappy indeed.

Ahhh Haaa. The cross between the cloth and paper. Bunnings sells it as a Chux product.
