You should have said you were a forum member. Would love to have spoken more. I will have to find out more about meeting up with members before the Show next year. I would be quite happy to make something for morning or afternoon tea.
    Cheers, Shirley

    Default New "big" tool...!

    Hi Shirley,

Wow...!, that's what I call "a tool and a half", and looks good on you too!
Make sure you got it going very soon, I know of a parcel that is coming, (maybe tomorrow?) with some "food" for that "beast", the problem is that you need bigger blanks now...!

Good to see... future pics are a must...!

    Cheers

Was too excited to worry about matching the accessories. Willdefinitely be posting some more stuff.
    Thanks, Shirley

    quote=Allan at Wallan;750938]Sorry Shirley,

The colour of your lathe clashes with your
tee shirt - better take it back. (the tee shirt).

Will look forward to seeing some top class
work coming out of your shed and on to
    the forum shortly.

    Hi NewLondon,
I tried it today, and it fits my shed really well. Thanks for the offer though.
    Regards, Shirley

    Mrs. Woodpecker,
That is one each impressive lathe, congratulations. If I had something like that, I would be grunting like a man-pig for months lol. Looking forward to seeing what you create with that.

Trust me Vern and Sam, it now has dust on it, and I am still gloating. I hope to be getting into the bigger stuff after this weekend. We are off to Bundy on Friday for a family celebration, and will return on Sunday. Cheers, Shirley
