Ben is reclining in pain following a painful shoulder Surgery yesterday. He has been unable to work for some time now.
I am in touch with him and his family through this time and wish him a more pain free recovery.
Ben has an incredibly high standard in his pen making and uses exceptional timbers.
Kind regards Peter.Nil Desperandum

Hey Peter,
Thanks for the heads up, I thought that he has been a bit quiet, I'm heading over that way in a few months, hopefully he can point me in the direction of the really nice bits of timber by then.
Hey Ben, i Had a shoulder done about two years ago, the best thing is do your Physio, and listen to what the doc says, you'll be all good in about 6 months

Are shoulder problems common with turners? I had shoulder problems for most of last year which stopped me turning. I put the problems down to my job. However, I recently started turning again and after a couple of hours at it on Saturday, I've now got pain and cramping in my shoulder
