Berea click pen kits
I ordered some Berea Hardwoods push button click pen kits. Of the two I've assembled they both stick. I thought at first it was maybe some scratches inside the tube but that wasn't it. I took the upper barrel off and found that the refill would stick when pushing it in a couple of times. So, I took off that hard as heck to push spring and replaced it with a softer spring. No more sticking. Has anyone else encountered this?
Thanks,
Steve

Haven't used the Berea click pens yet, the local ones in Australia I have had problems with but if I remembered I just got the first couple of turns of the spring clipped of with a small set of clippers and did not have the sticking problem. I would ask Berea Hardwoods about it, I am sure there customer service department will be able to help you. If they are made aware if there is a problem it can be fixed, who knows, they may have got some bad springs, things like that can happen from time to time. You have found a solution but I would let them know just in case they don't know about it.
