Bit the Bullet for a first
This is my very first bullet pen after all these months, now I know why Les just makes Bullet pens. The Bullet came from John "Gawdelpus" yes he gave me the bullet!!!!.
The wood is Xcut American Cherry, given to me by a customer. AmosGood, better, best, never let it rest;

Nice looking pen Amos
One thing and this is only my opinion, I prefer the nib to be made from a real projectile not a pen kit nib it just gives it that extra touch but that is just meCheers Rum Pig

Hey Amos,
I have to agree with Rum Pig, The Projectile nib looks better, but you have done a nice job, i like the American Cherry though.

Like RP and Hazza, not a fan of the slimline nib on a bullet pen, but the American Cherry top looks awesome.
How did you finish the casing Amos?

Nicely done Amos.
What caliber is the casing?
Now you need to use an authentic bullet for a nib!

Ok, thanks for the feedback, I will look for genuine bullet end, as long as I don't shoot myself in the foot. Les, as for what Calibre?? well, I will need to ask John , not an expert on these bullets, just a pen maker!!! Amos

The Calibre is .308, nicely stamped on the top edge of the cartridge, another thing I have learned. Amos

Well Amos and John
That pen is a stunner, why you ask well two very good reasons one is the Cherry and that clip I reason that clip makes that pen sing Advance Australia Fair etc, like the powder coating idea as well, now Les you have no need to fear but with Freds kits etc the whole Cartridge Pen is really zooming along. I normally would pass but I am excited with that clip.
All the best all round this collaboration is a way to go if youve got it flaunt it.
Regards to all of you progressive fellas from me.
Peter.
