Black Ash
Burl with a Black Titanium Double Twist Cigar.
Finished with 6 coats of minwax Clear Gloss Poly
and polished with Brasso.
As always comments and or suggestions appreciated.

Black Ash indeed, Speckled Yellow reminds me of Grass Tree here both very impressive.
Your Transmission from top of the pen in the centre is great some pens like this look disjointed, yours never so.
The picture is a simple layout, clear and clean as displays the pen well showing both perceptions of depth and clarity we all seek.

I love that particular timber and you have done a first rate job with it. Very attractive pen.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
