black iron box
hi guys , finally finding time to post something on here , i have seen a quite a few of the vertex pens on various f/book pen turning pages and decided ,
that it may be worth giving them a try and adding to my selection of pens i got them from tony here at Perfect Pens & Pencils
really great to deal with and a great range and price , it took me a while to decide on what timber to use and decided to use part of a special species that i won at the prossy turnout , its black iron box , its meant to only grow from proserpine to townsville i seen a huge bowl out of it last year and have just been hanging out for a piece
sanded to 800 then 3 coats thin CA then light sand with 1500 wet then EEE then buffed on a buffing wheel
came up amazing

I've been looking at this kit, and I'm glad to hear that it is a good clicker. Now I think I will give it a try. I really like the looks of the one you posted. Nice work. I hope I can do as well. If I don't get back to you before, I wish you and all the other mates a very happy Christmas and all the best in the New Year. Enjoy your barbi on the beach or wherever, but Santa does need snow and do we have it! God bless the Anzacs!

Yeah nice work on that one, I've always liked the look of the vertex, looks like I'm going have to have a go at them as well.
