Bolt Actions Galore
i have a new shop willing to take some pens on commission and considering its a hunting/camping store and well Bolt Actions is what he wanted
1. Camphour Laurel
2.Mango Root from Mapleman
3.Spalted Sassafras
4 & 5. a couple of camo acrylics
6,7 & 8. Mecha Blanks
number 7 i think should go pretty well, the boys around here get up in them hills chasing Sambar every chance they get
a good selection to get him started, hopefully with Christmas coming up the pens will be running out

Thanks for the feedback guys
i always thought that camo was the only answer for these, but the more you play with them, the more they grow on you
these are the first wood ones that i have done in the bolt actions, i do have a knot gluing up at the minute which i intend to put on a bolt action - circle of life, all things interconnected sort of idea - might be tooooo much philosophy, but it should look the part
i think Maplemans mango stump would make any component set look like a million dollars
