Beautifully done and congrats on the win
I finally plucked up the courage to make a BOW pen - an Elegant beauty. You're right, it really is a delightful timber to turn.

Hi Bdar,
Don't want to hijack this thread - I took photos this morning but had to leave for work before I could download them. Will post in another thread tonight. I ran out of gold kits, so I used satin chrome, which doesn't match the timber at all . I made a letter opener out of the remainder of the blank which is gold and looks much better.
