Brazillian Walnut
As Caesar said something I found in the market on its way to the forum.
Gives a brilliant finish, very rich subtle tones, an asset to the finest Toga.
Regards Peter.

I get the feeling there is a lot more color and depth there than the photo can show.
Like the shape and the choice of hardware too.

Beautiful pen Peter!!
I have turned "Brazillian Walnut" and have the same high opinion of it as you do.
NV me while I am in Brasil.
Brazillian Walnut is actually called Imbuia or Embuia in Brazil.. Pronounced Im-boy- aLast edited by artme; 14th August 2009 at 04:09 AM.

Beautiful pen. Very nice choice of timber.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
