    Default Another Brown Mallee

You are probably getting sick of seeing Brown Mallee Burl by now but I have made a number of different pens out of it to put in my display cabinet, I will post the pics anyway. besides it is giving me some good practise with my new camera. This one is a little wobbly but it will do after all it was 3:15 in the morning when I took it.

This one is a Gold Sierra.

    Froggie,
I haven't gotten tired of seeing them yet, keep them coming I have a question for you. I have only made 3 Sierra pens, and have a problem with them coming apart. Have you ran into that?

Thanks addicts I am overwhelmed with your opinions of my work I am glad you all like it so much. Mind you it is easy when you have good quality kits and some gorgeous Mallee.

Froggles it may well give one an edge if one has a good kit and good wood, but they would mean nothing unless the user had talent and skill and you have both. So just blush and shuffle and then go make some more nice things we can "oooooooh" at, thank you. Tom

Thanks Tas for your compliments about my work it has taken a lot of time and numerous screw ups to get to the stage I am at now. All the mucking around with finishes has payed off I am now very happy with the way I am producing my pens and it is makes me feel good about my work when all you guys make such good comments about them.

Thank you all for your kind words.

    Froggie
