    I use the Sierra Match King 155gr because they are a nice size and shape. They are relatively long and sleek giving a good shape to the final bullet pen. They're not the cheapest around and sometimes hard to get.

    I use 150grain (fmJ) boat tail full metal Jacket and i think the brand name were Hornady and they suit all the pens that i do. i hope this helps.
