Bullet Pens for the Markets
I have had a busy last 2 days I have been flat out doing bullet pens for the Markets and still have about the same to go> I have just wanted to do a variety so I hope you like them ? feel free to comment ?

Powder coated I need the lessons on using the Damm thing as for parker refils not with the .308 unless you can enlighten me how

Did you try the lacquer dipping for coating?

Hi Les Not yet with regards to the coating as I had to do these in a hurry yesterday and a few more today but have bought the coating and the thinners and reay to give it ago after I have done this market.

Great job on those pens Ian I am still trying to build up enough stock to give the markets a go. Its a bit hard at the moment with work but I will get there one day.

Next time you are up this way we can fire up the powdercoating demo hehe , and you are right I have done parkers with .308, but its a real PITA I use a .306 which is about 12mm longer and drill and tap the cartridge to suit the activater mechanism to ,by using drilled out projectiles I can vary the length enough for it to work ok, I sometimes use a .306 casing back to back as the cap end, still takes a bit of fiddling to reduce the clip end to fit on the end of the activater ,a metal lathe helps a lot hehe, By the way how's the drill doctor working out ?
