    Default Burl Huon - JR Emperor

    This pen is again made for Dayacom.

    Birds eye Huon Pine also known as Burl Huon.

    Sanded to 400 grit, 20 coats of thin CA. Then 400 grit Micro-mesh to 12,000, Brasso and automotive polish/wax.

    Was going to make an excuse to Dayacom that the kit was destroyed and put it in my own collection. Love the Huon, I have got to make some more of it.

    Hey Timberbits,

    Stunning, it looks a bit darker than I thought that it would, probably my monitor, but still very impressive.

    BTW, my bits turned up yesterday, I should have something to post on Monday night (long weekend over here this weekend, sunday is for making the house look like people live here) then look out to the shed.
