Kudos for Froggie
Hi All,
I just have to say what a great bloke Brett from Addictivepenkits is. Through my pen mill issues, he's called me several times to try and help, and sent me two packages at his cost.
Not only have I ended up with a new 6-head mill, but a spare as well, spare grub screws and a couple free kits into the bargain. If anyone else offers better after-sales support than that, I've never seen it.

I can honestly say, that most any pen turning and general turning supplier I've dealt with who actively contribute to the forum and it's members, (they all know who they are) have consistently been a step above the general supplier level in terms of service. The four I've dealt with most often have been great EVERY time

I usually use three main suppliers, Addictive, Carroll's and GPW, and all three have been good in after sales service, Brett (Froggie) has been a great help to me. Amos
