BW day 3
Ok day 3 of pen turning and 3 days of drinking rum enthusiasm was a bit low but I persevered

Navy resin from Big shed on a Streamline. Not happy with this one, it kept on pitting and I decided to sand to late so it will go to my brother who is a sailor boy

Oak from a Jack Daniels Barrel on a 7mm euro pen. Not a good day to turn a pen that smells like JD

Oak from a red wine barrel on a Jr Victor. Did I mention it was not a good day to turn alcohol smelling pens
Oh well lucky there was plenty of rum to drown my hangover

I could not believe the smell coming from the timber unbelievable only if I felt a bit better to fully appreciate it
