Default Before and After CA finishes

Before I really worked hard to get a good finish with CA, now with the DJ CA finish it is consistently brighter and better. Amos

Big noticeable difference there Amos, you're really getting the hang of it now

Ps give the centres a clean will ya getting a bit of a build up there . Just use the edge of the skew chisel and give the CA a rap to crack it and it should peel off fairly easy.
    Cheers

    Nice work, Amos.

    Default CA finish

Looking good amos. What you can do on wood that has the small pores is using thin Ca & 400 sandpaper, sand with the CA, it will fill the pores & give a real smooth finish. You will build up a 'sludge' on the sandpaper, keep it wet w/CA & use the sludgy stuff to fill.
