Might have to go to chemist and get a small bottle of that to try.

Interesting Fred I wouldn't have looked at Jaycars for such an item, following that train of thought and a little digging it seems Isopropanol and ethanol are very close chemically ,both are almost pure alcohol
and so is denatured Methylated spirits ( just has added bad taste chemicals to discourage drinking . Worth a try as its readily available and relatively cheap cheers ~ John

Legitimate question Christos. The WC was located off the start of the hallway. Past the WC was all the bedrooms, laundry and bathroom. If you didn't know he'd taken a dump as you'd walk down the hallway, you'd be ambushed with this odious concoction.

What I didn't get is that if you're trying to cover your poo smell, why on earth do you use Glen20? It screams, "hey everyone, I've taken a dump".

Me, on the other hand? I'd rather ambush with the poo smell alone. Being the nice guy I am, I give my wife ample warning that what I've done has worse fall out than Hiroshima and to not go near the area for the next couple of hours.

    Too much information, sorry.

    Keep on track guys

As for alternatives, you need to check water % within the product, as water is generally the product that causes the white spots on any pooling CA.

Is that why when it is really humid the CA sometimes tends to go cloudy by itself without any accelerant?

I have had it happen a couple of times,

    Thanks Ben

Isopropyl alcohol is very commonly used for cleaning electronic components, also CD/DVD lasers and the like, hence Jaycar selling it.

It may be interesting to read this article about cyanoacrylate or superglue or CA, particularly the bit about Accelerators:

Yep. Use thick or medium during these rainy days, thin only for the first penetrating coat, but ensure no ponding.
