    Default Carbon Fiber Pen

A customer of mine wanted a new pen and he wanted something a little different . He chose the Jr. Retro kit and a carbon fiber blank. This is what he gets. I did not cast the blank but hope to be able to at a later date. Sorry about the photos. Had to get this pen out quickly and took this on the back porch this morning. Thanks for looking.

Yowsers. Goes well with the kit, too!

The customer chose both? I wish some of mine had as much taste.
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

I too the customer in this case did a great job picking the kit and blank. I was a little scepltable with the kit but once I saw the black trim I too thought it was a good choice. I am even going to make a couple more and put them in my inventory. I also want to see it on a JR gent which is similar.

As far as turning goes. The material is cast in a crystal clear resin so that is all you are spinning and this spun very easily like just about any other acrylic and it polishes to a nice clear shine. I was impressed.

It does make for a high class blank. Thanks for all the nice comments.
