    Default Carissa lanceolata

Cross cut two pieces out of the reach of the greedy termites who infest these shrubs, safe from the many types of poisonous Snakes who seek habitat in the bushes, away from the Indigenous fossickers who plunder the fruit called the bush plum. Hard to retain the sapwood, managed to show a little of this and a lot of other features of this most beautiful timber.Favourite from way back now I will savour more of my blanks again some time.

    Peter.
