I reckon you could get them from my shed, if you had a plan
although it would be cheaper to find some one who gets them in. I would be interested if you find a supplier.
I thought I saw them on one of the Yankee sites but I just had a look and couldn't find any

Try 043 turning , I got some off them I am sure
they also have a nice magnetic lidded one that has an oval hole in the lid for viewing in the case . May not be listed on site ,just contact them Cheers ~ John
