Default It's Been a challenge but here it is

This is a 30.06 Caliber Bullet pen using a projectile or the tip because I think it makes them look far more Authentic. I have also used an urban cammo for this pen but plan to use about 5 different types of cammo. I have also made this pen using the Parker style refill and not the normal cross style refill. I had several problems and it has taken awhile to get happening but at last I think I am there A huge thanks to Les or your help with my problems.

Always a few teething problems when you step out of the "Norm" hehe, looks the goods and I think the parker refills do take them up a step , I still do a basic cross for the lower end bullet pens to keep prices down for customers ,I just feel that for the effort that can go into these a slim kit is just not appropriate. Nice work Ian, I like that you have used the clip that aims to the nib, I've been working on some similar but keep getting side tracked.

thanks guys. I only use that type of clip as I am not a fan of the others. It does end up costing me a little more to make them because I am also using other types of blanks and it really sets them off. Also thanks fred for the bushes and stuff you made me they have worked a treat. I have plenty many more to make yet.

    Cheers Ian

Hi Ian, the pen looks great, where did you get the great clip from? I'm in the throws of doing a couple of 303's with antler, and looking for 2 nice clips to put on them.
    Regards
    Kryn

Looks great Ian. I've started making 5 with .30-06 but using the Cross refill. I haven't used any Parker yet but do plan to.
Do you prefer glueing or soldering the tubes in. I ask because my soldering skills are not up to par. I glued these and am wondering how well that will hold up.
