    Default Shop towel

Can any one tell me where in Perth I can buy the blue shop towel from? It is the same stuff that DJ used in the CA.

I purchased a roll of blue towel for approx $10 a few months back.

I think it was at Supa Cheap Autos, so if there is not one in your town maybe an equivalent Auto Parts supplier may have them.

I will check again tomorrow to make sure it was Supa Cheap, otherwise it was Bunnings, which I doubt.

If your talking about the Video he did showing the application of CA finish on the pen it appeared to be just Viva Brand paper towel because it certainly wasn't blue.

Might have to visit Supercheap tomorrow, I tried Bunnings but they had no idea what I was talking about.

The blue paper towel that I am after is paper towel which is reinforced with cotton weave through it (assuming David is asking about the same thing)

Bunnings stock a chucks type towel (bright blue and white) and a thicker, denser towel (baby blue/green and possibly another colour - colour coded to prevent cross contamination from kitchen/toilet etc)- both on big rolls, both in the cleaning section ------- maybe that's why blokes can't find it!!!

Good thing I'm on the other side of the country!!!

I did think the CA demo used kitchen towel as suggested by Barry White.

Well, I am here in the States so this might not apply, but I have been able to find it in hardware stores generally in the painting section and not in the section with cleaning supplies. Always thought it a bit odd, but that's where they keep them. Hope this helps!

The good quality tough paper towels are fine. Don't use the ones with a broad pattern, try to get the ones that look as though they have a fine "weave".

Yeah Cisco, our hardware stores seems to be completely different to yours, based on the stuff you guys can get that we've never even seen here. Even Bunnings, which is our largest hardware store chain skip on some of the essentials.

Would it be True Blue Chemicals in Fyshwick? Found them in the yellow pages (was just in Fyshwick)

I looked in my local supercheap today (Fyshwick) but no joy, have you tried any of the local Stokers? I know the ships use it for cleaning up small paint and oil spills.
