Classy
I've had these two glued up for a couple of weeks and finally got around to turning them this weekend.
The first one is a Spring Blossom rollerball dressed in Myrtle Burl, second is a Roman Harvest fountain pen dressed in Redwood burl. The third is one of two which I turned up for a client and this is the one which was not chosen. The wood is Purple Gidgee on a gun metal bolt action kit. All kits are from Timberbits and pens are finished with CA.
CorbsIt's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

Really nice stuff...
I have all the tools for making pens.
The one thing that puts me off is the quality of the pen hardware I have seen to date. I see lots of pens that are really nice looking and am tempted to purchase.
It seems a waste to me to spend all the time and effort to turn pens and polish to present well for the hardware to be crap. I have a feeling that yours will be exemplary quality, Are you happy to share your source?.
Thanks
David
