That's a nice looking pair, well done.

If you have a look on eBay you should find some Cocobolo blanks.
I can't recall seeing them for sale by any of my normal sources.

First let me say very nice work on the set. From the looks of things the fit and finish are done quite well.

To my pet peeve. You can write me or blast me here I do not care because I have said this time and again and it is the way I feel. I can not for the life of me understand why people have to take photos of their work while holding it in their hands. We really do not need to see the dirt and grime of your hands or if you have cuts and scrapes. You took the time to make the items, how long would it take to set them on a table or some other setting and snap a picture. When showing your work I would think you would like to put it out there in the best light and display as you can so that people see that you do care what you make. I know you are excited about them but what is a few more seconds??

OK I am off my soap box and again I want to say the set is well done.

Very nice set, well done on fit & finish and great choice of timber to match with that kit.

I can see where you're coming from in regards to holding the pens, but I like the honest look of it. I am not a fine woodworker nor do I sell many pens, I am a teen props maker and most of the time my hands a filthy. (The dirt in this picture is from gorilla glue). I will continue to hold things I make as it gives character but I do understand that it doesn't look perfect.

Thank you in regards to the pen
