    Default Colourful Rollerball

    Here is my Wifes new pen .
    Its 125mm long, 135mm capped, 12mm cap threads, 14mm diameter. Standard rollerball refill.

    Brad, I, like others are pretty impressed with these kit-less turnings. Can you please elaborate a bit on the process etc, how you do it, mandrels you use, and threat cutting gear etc.

    There’s a lot to explain about how to make these pens, I don’t really have the time to do a tutorial myself, but I will put this link here to a tutorial that Bigshed did and posted on the IAP.
    This has enough info to get you started, and there are more bits over there, a tutorial on just the fountain pen section, for example.
    If you want to get started into this, I can answer specific questions.
