Hey There,
I had a new client have a look at my pen collection at work the other day (Thursday), and he took a liking to a Camphor Laurel Australiana Streamline, He then asked if I could get it Laser engraved, so he could take it back to the Oil rig he works on (in the Gulf of Iran) before Saturday, I called my Laser engraver guy and he said bring it round. Then the Client decided that he would like a Fountan pen in the same Timber, could he take that on Saturday as well. I had to convince him that it wasn't a stock item I would have to Glue up, turn, finish and assemble, and I also have a real job, so he's picking up the fountain Pen when he comes back on the next swing, about 3 weeks.
As mentioned above, the timber is Camphor Laurell (E Bay), and the kit is a Junior Victor Gold (Timberbits)
Also a pic of the Aussie Streamline
Comments welcome
Thanks for looking
