cool change at last
hello everyone
at last its been cool enought to get into the shed
here is the result
20131019_122238_1_bestshot.jpg20131019_122207_2_bestshot.jpg a couple of sierra's with some blanks i got from MIK -Thanks
20131206_141553_8_bestshot.jpga 303 with a 308 top bullet pen
20140106_175651_5_bestshot.jpg a baron wrapped in a Centrailian carpet coiley, i got the shedding from one of my work mates and sent it over to Ian (Nai84) to make up into blanks (Thanks Heaps Ian)
20140116_180806_1_bestshot.jpg another bullet pen this time a 30-06 with another of MIK's blanks , truth be known i stuffed up the blank it was orginally turned down for a 303 bullet but i turned it down way too much luckily i could still use it on the 30-06

its been the best 8 hrs iv spent in a long time

some great pens there Tony, you made a great save on the one you turned down a bit tooo much
did you do the bullets or were they from Fred as well
sounds like you lost the heat up there and come down to visit us for the week, i have had a weeks holidays and haven't been able to venture out into the shed at all, 40+ for the last 3 days and another 40 forecast for tomorrow, thems the breaks i suppose

MIK, no they are my bullets, the 223 & 243 take a cross style refill
the others take a parker refill

Unusual combination of the 308 and 303, can't say I have ever thought of doing that.
