Latest Corporate Order
Hey There,
I have just delivered my latest Order, and the Client said that he would like another 10
I think that I have the process sorted now and the Client is very Happy.
Cast in resin, and turned to size, and Micro Mesh, attach the decal and let it dry overnight, and then about 6-10 coats of CA and it's smooth as, and no edges of the decal to peel off.

Yep, looks like you have your process down pat!
Well done.
Why could you not attach the decal before casting?
Is it the photo or are all the nib ends under turned?

Hey Les,
We have tried about 38 times to cast the Decal on the braid but the braid traps air bubbles that don't try to escape till the resin is going off and the decal goes all over the show, we even tried filling the braid with resin and then attaching the decal, too time consuming and not cost effective.
Yes the nib ends are a little under done, as the braid starts to come out if I go any further, I don't like it but the client is Happy, I will be doing some Elegant Beauties in the next batch and hopefully I will have a little more meat to play with.
Thanks for the comments
